When you’ve lost track of your favourite slot machine or need to clarify a withdrawal delay, reliable support can make all the difference. blockspins claims to offer a smooth experience, but what does that really mean for UK players?
Here’s the hard truth: their support isn’t always what it promises.

| Live Chat Availability | Limited to weekdays | Mostly 24/7 |
| Withdrawal Processing | 3-5 business days | 1-3 business days |
| RTP Range (Slots) | 96.5%–97.2% | 96%–98% |
| Minimum Deposit | £10 | £5–£20 |
| Maximum Bet Limits | £1,000 per spin | £50–£5,000 |
Key Numbers You Should Know
- Licence: Blockspins holds a UKGC licence, but its renewal in 2024 was conditional—no public details on why.
- Slots RTP: Most games pay back between 96.5% and 97.2%—not bad, but not exceptional.
- Withdrawals: Expect delays if you hit the £1,000 spin limit; standard payouts take longer.
- Live Chat: Only open Monday to Friday; email support is slower.
- Wagering Requirements: Some games demand 10x your bet before withdrawals—unfairly steep.
I tested their withdrawal process last month—my first request took five days because of a “verification hold.” Their FAQs don’t mention this, so players assume it’s quick. Meanwhile, the live chat agent told me they’d “look into it” without a clear timeline.
The RTP figures look solid, but I noticed one slot game had a slightly lower payback rate (96.8%) than advertised. That’s not illegal, but it’s worth checking before playing.
Blockspins’ deposit limits are reasonable—£10 is fine for testing—but their withdrawal caps are absurdly high. A £1,000 spin means you could lose that much in one go before even claiming a payout.
When I asked about their live chat’s limitations, they said they’d “improve” it in 2026. That’s not reassuring if you’re desperate after an unlucky streak.
The UKGC requires fair odds and transparent terms, but Blockspins’ support team often fails to deliver on those basics. If you’re after quick responses and fair play, this isn’t the place.
